I hope all of you are having a wonderful Valentines Day. It’s been a long day, as I had meetings all week at work, with little time to eat lunch, much less enjoy the festivities. The Hubs, however, made up for the stress at work by sending me a beautiful bouquet of roses and a box of chocolates.

After work, we went to this fancy restaurant called Chez McDonalds and ate some Royale with Cheese. Ever been there? It’s all the rage in Europe.

Honestly, it was the best Valentines Day just eating take out in the parking lot of McDonalds and chatting about our day. I couldn’t ask for anything more.
